Brian is a Partner in William Fry's Corporate / M&A Department, he advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and other capital markets transactions. In addition to transactional representations, Brian also advises clients on governance matters and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining William Fry in 2019, Brian practiced in the London office of Shearman & Sterling.

- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its £2.8 recommended takeover of UDG Healthcare plc
- T Stamp Inc., a Deleware incorporated global provider of AI-powered identity services, on its admission to trading on Euronext Growth Dublin
- J&E Davy and Berenberg on the €94m cash box placing by Dalata Hotel Group Plc
- Credit Suisse on its role as financial adviser to Aon plc in its proposed $80bn merger with Willis Towers Watson plc
- J&E Davy and RBC Capital Markets on the €125m placing of new ordinary shares and the establishment of a 12 month share issuance plan by Greencoat Renewables PLC
- Investcorp on its joint venture with Aberdeen Standard Investments to establish a $1bn social infrastructure fund in the Gulf region*
- Goldman Sachs and EFG-Hermes in the $900m IPO of Edita Food Industries S.A.E and its listing of global depositary receipts on the London Stock Exchange*
- Societe Generale on the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson's UK and Channel Islands' wealth management business*
- General Electric on the divestment of power generation assets in connection with its €10.3bn acquisition of Alstom*
- Allied Gold Mining PLC on its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange and its subsequent recommended takeover by ASX-listed St Barbara Limited*
